Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of care for patients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Registered Nurse to organize work and set priorities.
• Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs personal care skills.
• Performs rehabilitation skills and daily activities of living.
• Maintains safe environment; reports unsafe conditions and equipment in need of repair.
• Reports signs and symptoms to the Registered Nurse and documents data in the EHR.
• Maintains infection control and can function in emergency/code situations.
