Penn Medicine in Philadelphia’s 3 East unit is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to deliver professional nursing care in a high-acuity cardiac surgery and cardiology setting. You will work with an interprofessional team to coordinate care and ensure safety and quality across the care continuum.

Required PA RN license, BLS/CPR, and BSN (or equivalent with Nurse Residency). The role emphasizes CQI, evidence-based practice, and teamwork within a leading academic medical center.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in PA (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR as per American Heart Association (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Required) or equivalent experience with Nurse Residency program

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care through nursing process with accountability for assigned patients across age range
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to coordinate care across the continuum
• Demonstrate CQI, evidence-based practice, leadership, and professionalism in daily practice
• Ensure safety and quality in delivery of care and adhere to regulatory standards
