Job summary

All-Stat Portable is seeking a Vascular and Cardiac ultrasound technician to travel to healthcare sites around Detroit, perform diagnostic exams with portable ultrasound equipment, and upload images to PACS.

You will gather paperwork and maintain CME while working independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with night and weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• ARDMS credentials required for eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel to multiple sites.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

General Overview

As a Vascular and Cardiac ultrasound technician, you are responsible for getting clear imaging results, which requires proper use of the equipment and keeping patients calm and informed throughout the ultrasound procedure. If a patient has any questions or concerns about the procedure, you can provide answers and assistance.

Job Description

Requirements

• ARDMS RVT or RVS, RDCS or RCS
• Maintain CME for license and certification
• Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation for work
• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional communication skills
• Be able to work in a fast paced healthcare environment
• Strong computer and software skills
• Night and weekend availability
• Previous Mobile Experience a Plus
