Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• 5 years nursing or related area experience required.
• Knowledge of PFCC model and ANA/North Carolina standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide total comprehensive nursing care based on individualized plan of care.
• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, and socioeconomic domains.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate with care team for smooth transitions.
