Job summary

BayCare Health System in Clearwater, FL is seeking a PRN Cardiac Admissions and Recovery RN to care for a cardiac patient population using the nursing process and clinical standards. This role includes delegation to team members and acting as preceptor/charge nurse as needed.

The RN will promote evidence-based practice and deliver compassionate, high-quality care consistent with BayCare's standards. This position is PRN with 10-hour shifts and opportunities to contribute to a trusted health

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification is required.
• 2 years RN experience in any setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a sub-specialty of cardiac admissions and recovery patients using the nursing process.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to the health care team.
• Serve as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
