Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required).
• Interest in cardiac nursing care; previous cardiac experience preferred but willing to learn.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic clinical environment, including night shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and monitor patient responses to interventions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, including discharge planning and family education.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to address patient needs proactively.
• Assign tasks based on team member skills and patient acuity, promote teamwork, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, and safety programs.
• Support unit and organizational goals, including patient safety and quality metrics.
