Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
  • Perform checks/interrogations of all CRM medical device systems and support implants post sign-off
  • Educate and train healthcare professionals on products and solutions
  • Assist with managing consignment and trunk inventory to meet customer needs
  • Stay updated on new products and solutions, completing all assigned training in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 4 years OR Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 2 years
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., Salesforce.com)
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
