Job summary

You will inspect raw materials and finished products, troubleshoot issues, record production data, and collaborate with teammates to meet safety standards and production targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cardboard or paperboard manufacturing processes is a plus
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cardboard manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
