Alpine Bank is seeking a Card Services Specialist to handle debit/credit cards, ATMs, Digital Wallets, and merchant services in a professional office setting in Grand Junction, CO. You will work with customers over the phone to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction, process card requests, and perform back-office maintenance.
Strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
The Card Services Specialist works within Alpine Bank’s Card Services, working with debit cards, credit cards, Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), Instant Issue Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, and Merchant Service.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required; it would require the ability to reach for and lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee may have to lift up to 25 pounds.
