Jack Henry is currently looking for a Card Services Application Support Analyst to join our team. Our Symitar Card Services Application Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all phases of their assigned projects/cases (Online ATM processing, Online Debit, Shared Branching or Credit Card) are completed successfully and according to agreed-upon timelines. This can include balancing online network transactions, testing of network specifications edit, certification testing, training client, and troubleshooting card issues.
This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California and will travel up to 25%.
