Job summary

Boca West Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a friendly Cardroom Attendant to support daily operations and ensure a welcoming, secure environment for members and guests engaged in card games.

You will manage check-in, set up stations, assist with events, keep areas tidy, restock supplies, and uphold all club policies. Flexible weekends and holidays are required; 8–14 hour shifts; non-exempt, high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in procedures for card room reservations and ensure seamless member experience.
• Set up and maintain snack and beverage stations.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of card games, lessons, and programming.
• Provide attentive service to members during hours of operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of card room areas.
• Monitor and restock supplies to support daily operations.
• Ensure equipment and materials are stored and maintained.
• Support teammates and management with additional tasks.
• Uphold club policies and service expectations at all times.
