Job summary

Cartamundi East Longmeadow Llc is hiring for a Production Worker (Manufacturing) - 1st Shift in Erlanger, KY. The role is full-time direct labor with 1st shift hours Monday–Friday, 6:45 am to 2:45 pm.

You will operate card stripping and punch machines, perform product inspection, and ensure material availability per work orders. We seek candidates with 1–2 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to identify production problems and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate card stripping and punch machines and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct product inspection and 5S standards adherence.
• Review work orders and material requirements daily.
• Load and monitor equipment, ensure correct sequence and flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report defects promptly.
• Coordinate containment of defective products with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
