Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Card Press Operator to set up, operate, and optimize a card press production line. You will own line performance, ensure quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires reading tickets, executing SMED-based changeovers, troubleshooting downtime, and maintaining accurate production data while adhering to safety and ISO/GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Operate complex manufacturing equipment in a card press line.
• Read and interpret job tickets, schedules, and work instructions.
• Demonstrate color differentiation and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor card press production equipment.
• Lead and execute line changeovers using SMED principles.
• Troubleshoot equipment, materials, and processes to minimize downtime.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate continuous web converting and multi-color printing equipment.
• Maintain production data and daily reporting.
• Adhere to schedules and output targets.
• Follow 5S and safety protocols; support ISO, GMP, PM, and sustainability initiatives.
