Job summary

Parkwest Casino in Rancho Cordova, CA is hiring card dealers to create an engaging and memorable guest experience. Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive training program focused on cardroom games and procedures and will be expected to maintain high accuracy and strong guest service every shift.

Applicants must be 21+, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass drug, background, and credit checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Open availability; evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass drug test, criminal background and credit check.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an interactive training course on cardroom games and procedures.
• Maintain attention to detail and minimize mistakes across games.
• Deliver top-tier guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Manage hands per down and stay within acceptable averages for each game.
• Contribute to teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced casino environment.
• Develop expertise in dealing games and pursue excellence with support.
