Job summary

Pentair Management Company is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 1st shift in Dover, NH. You will assemble carbon filter components, operate finishing equipment, and ensure quality by following SOPs and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to safely perform essential functions and meet productivity standards.
• Effective communication with teammates and departments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filter components including gluing, crimping end caps, sonic welding, attaching gaskets and inserting pleating.
• Operate assembly equipment to support production and finishing processes.
• Inspect materials and products and report quality concerns promptly.
• Shrinkwrap, label and package filters with correct lot information.
• Record production data and follow SOPs, quality and safety procedures.
• Assemble and test subassemblies using BOMs and work instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and meet production goals.
