Job summary

Toray CMA is seeking a detail-oriented laboratory/production support professional to operate safely in a carbon fiber production environment. You will participate in quality analysis of materials, support continuous improvement, and work within a 12-hour rotating shift.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning data recording, equipment maintenance, and procedural support in a lab and plant setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Support Supervisor and Specialist.
• Achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Conduct analysis of finished product.
• Conduct analysis of raw material & process samples.
• Handle hazardous waste material properly.
• Maintain, calibrate, verify, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and test devices.
• Input data into records and prepare reports.
• Work overtime as needed to complete duties.
• Relieve teammates for lunch/breaks as scheduled.
• Assist in writing operational procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
