Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and present monthly unlimited wash packages.
• Upsell products to existing customers and educate them on benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers, ensure 100% satisfaction, and handle escalations calmly according to safety procedures.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) and learn wash processes to expand knowledge base.
• Perform related duties as assigned and maintain quality control and safety standards.
