Job summary

Rydell Auto Center in Grand Forks, ND seeks part-time Car Wash Team Members to join our growing dealership team. You will greet customers, upsell car wash services, and maintain a clean, safe wash environment.

We offer above-average wages starting at $16 per hour, with growth potential within 90 days, flexible nights and weekend shifts, and in-house benefits including discounted services and an employee vehicle purchase program.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in an upbeat and professional manner.
• Greet customers and sell car washes in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register and collect payments.
• Cross-promote other dealership services, particularly detail packages.
• Keep customer areas clean and safe and report issues.
• Attend mandatory monthly team meetings that may be scheduled outside of normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a upbeat and professional manner
• Greet customers and sell car washes in a pleasant and professional manner
• Ability to use such materials as water, cleaning agents, brushes, and cloths
• Keep the flow of traffic into the wash at an even pace and direct traffic out of the wash at the end
• Remove protective plastic from windshield wipers, fix mirrors andlicense plates when needed
• Keep customer areas clean
• Follow all safety precautions and report equipment problems
• Operate a cash register and be able to collect payment from customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Handle multiple customers and priorities at a time in a friendly, efficient manner
• Cross-promote other dealership services, particularly detail packages
• Attend mandatory monthly team meetings that may be scheduled outside of normal business hours
