Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Car Wash Team Member to join a growing team in a clean and safe environment. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and promoting dealership services, with day shifts Monday-Friday and potential for nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and sell car washes in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Interact with customers in an upbeat and professional manner.
• Operate materials and equipment used for washing (water, brushes, cloths) safely.
• Maintain smooth flow of traffic into and out of the wash.
• Remove protective plastic from windshield wipers and fix mirrors when needed.
• Keep customer areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety precautions and report equipment problems.
• Handle payments at the cash register.
• Cross-promote other dealership services, particularly detailing packages.

Pay/Schedule

• Operate a cash register and be able to collect payment from customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Handle multiple customers and priorities at a time in a friendly, efficient manner
• Cross-promote other dealership services, particularly detail packages
