Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Professional appearance and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on benefits of Unlimited Wash Club and upsell products.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers during and after wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks and follow safety procedures.
• Address escalations calmly and resolve issues.
