Express Wash Concepts is hiring a Team Member for Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Miamisburg, OH. Starting pay is $15.00/hour for a part-time role with opportunities to advance. Training and growth paths lead from Team Member to leadership roles, with uniforms provided and paid vacation.

You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, upselling Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and guiding customers through the wash process while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educating customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations with strong first impressions.
• Interact with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through basic quality checks.
• Comply with safety protocols and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) and process transactions.
• Pitch memberships to customers during interactions.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
