Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Cincinnati is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and drive membership sales. You will present monthly unlimited wash packages, upsell products, and engage customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, flexible hours (including weekends), and the ability to stand for long periods outdoors. You will operate basic retail equipment and participate in safety and training programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and present unlimited wash club packages.
• Upsell products to existing customers.
• Greet customers and ensure 100% satisfaction.
