Job summary

Hoffman Car Wash Inc is hiring a Team Member in New York, NY. You will greet customers, sell wash packages and memberships, operate the car wash, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. You’ll contribute to a standout customer experience and support daily operations.

Paid weekly, with $16.75 per hour plus commissions on Unlimited Wash Memberships; offers paid time off, health benefits after one year, uniforms, free car washes, discounts, and clear paths for career growth.

• Ability to stand for extended periods without rest.
• Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus but not required — training provided!

In this role, you will assist customers, sell wash packages and memberships, clean vehicles, and ensure every car leaves looking spotless. Team Members play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining efficiency and safety.

What You Will Do

• With a smile and wave, welcome and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line.
• Sell and enroll customers in our popular Unlimited Membership Plan while earning great commission.
• Guide vehicles safely into the car wash.
• Clean and maintain facilities and grounds. Keeping free of trash and debris.
• Other duties as needed.
