Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service, engage with customers, and perform daily maintenance tasks. The role involves educating customers on wash options, selling memberships, guiding vehicles through the wash tunnel, and ensuring the facility is clean and guest-ready.

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service by educating and assisting customers in selecting the best car wash options, and selling memberships and wash packages.
• Ensure a smooth experience by safely guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel, maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
• Take pride in keeping the entire facility spotless.
• Maintain the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot, ensuring areas are clean and guest ready.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
