MOJO Family of Brands is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy car wash facility in Foley, AL. You’ll lead the car wash attendants, maintain quality, and ensure top-tier customer service.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, training, safety compliance, and ongoing performance reporting to management. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for growth-minded leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring policy adherence and exceptional service.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
