Job summary

Silverstar Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations and deliver high-quality service. You will supervise attendants, train staff, inspect vehicles for quality, manage supplies, and maintain a safe, organized facility.

You’ll also prepare regular reports for management and help drive ongoing improvements. The successful candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring adherence to policies and exceptional service.
• Train new staff on washing techniques, customer service, and safety.
• Inspect vehicles before/after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
