MOJO Family of Brands in Pelham, AL is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a busy car wash facility and ensure customers receive the highest level of service.

You will lead a team of attendants, train staff on washing techniques and safety, perform quality checks, manage supplies, prepare reports for management, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring policy compliance and high service levels.
• Train new staff on washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
