Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in Springfield, MA is seeking a Car Wash Site Manager to run the daily operations of the express car wash facility. You will oversee profit centers, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead hiring and training aligned to Balise standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, optimizing vehicle flow, coordinating with the Detail Center Manager, and ensuring safety compliance. Availability for opening/closing shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Management Experience – preferably at a Car Wash Center
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Detail Orientated
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Managing your profit centers; express Car Wash & Detail Center.
• Establish total customer satisfaction; resolving all customers concerns.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new car wash employees according to Balise Car wash expectations.
• Implement car wash quality standards
• Manager overall vehicle flow and production in express car wash operation
• Perform schedule preventative maintenance for the car wash equipment.
• Follow all compliance safety regulations, promoting safe behaviors to all employees.
• Work closely with the Detail Center Manager to ensure customer satisfaction for all customers of the facility
• Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts
