BALISE AUTO SALES INC is seeking a Car Wash Site Manager in Cranston, RI to run daily operations of the car wash. The role includes managing profit centers, driving customer satisfaction, and leading recruitment and training for car wash staff.

The position requires 1-3 years of management experience in a car wash setting, strong customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods. Up to 10% travel may be needed and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Management Experience – preferably at a Car Wash Center.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Detail Orientated
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Managing your profit centers; express Car Wash & Detail Center.
• Establish total customer satisfaction; resolving all customers concerns.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new car wash employees according to Balise Car wash expectations.
• Implement car wash quality standards
• Manager overall vehicle flow and production in express car wash operation
• Perform schedule preventative maintenance for the car wash equipment.
• Follow all compliance safety regulations, promoting safe behaviors to all employees.
• Work closely with the Detail Center Manager to ensure customer satisfaction for all customers of the facility
• Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts
