Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Experience in the Car Detailing industry.
• Proven and successful employee management experience.
• Experience in developing sales strategies.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, hands-on customer service oriented environment.
• Superior organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training employees.
• Implement car wash and detail center quality standards.
• Manage vehicle flow and production in car wash and detail center.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Develop and coach teams to meet production and financial goals.
• Execute sales strategies and maximize profitability.
• Be available for open and/or closing shifts.
