The role focuses on delivering prompt, friendly customer service, greeting customers, explaining wash options, and ensuring satisfaction while maintaining the site and equipment. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, strong communication and sales skills, weekend availability, and the ability to work independently when the Site Manager is off site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assist Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Able to clean out solenoids.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain wash options; ensure satisfaction and report inquiries or incidents promptly.
• Perform car wash attendant duties; troubleshoot basic DRB issues and follow DRB protocol; complete required trainings.
• Balance customer interaction with site upkeep, opening/closing procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
