The position requires reliable weekend availability, ability to handle basic repairs and maintenance, and strong communication skills to guide customers through car wash services and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred (education background).
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain wash options available.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues following DRB Protocol.
• Attend maintenance and safety trainings as scheduled.
• Report to work on time and follow dress/appearance code.
