Job summary

Splash In Eco Car Wash is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in Bowie, MD. You’ll drive membership and wash sales, ensure smooth operations, and uphold high standards of guest service and cleanliness.

As a frontline leader, you’ll manage daily staffing, coordinate maintenance, and use POS/cash controls to ensure accurate reconciliations while fostering a positive, results-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; AA/BS preferred or ability to complete employer-paid GED.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or hospitality operations roles.
• Strong team leadership with excellent interpersonal and guest-service focus.
• Sales experience with ability to drive membership and service sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tech-savvy and organized.
• Results-driven with ability to analyze processes and reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and wash sales through excellent customer interactions.
• Perform preventive and general maintenance and address issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve questions or complaints.
• Master POS, cash handling, and inventory controls for accurate reconciliations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team while maintaining uniforms and appearance.
• Stay organized and coordinate with the administrative assistant on tasks.

• Sales and Membership Growth: Drive membership and wash sales through fantastic employee-customer interactions.
• Operational Uptime: Perform preventive maintenance, handle general maintenance and repairs, and tackle any challenges that come your way.

• Reconciliation: Master the art of POS systems, cash management, and inventory control.

• Appearance and Cleanliness: Maintain our high standards for cleanliness and appearance – from the lot to the wash bay and everything in between.
• Administration: Stay organized and collaborate with our administrative assistant on tasks like employee support and membership sales.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED, with an AA or BS degree preferred -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a car wash, retail or hospitality operations supervisory role. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus!
• Team champion with effective interpersonal skills and proven ability to support a team while delighting guests.
• Sales experience with a proven ability to drive membership growth and create loyal customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for technology, problem solving and organization.
• Results-driven with a knack for analyzing processes and reports.
