Gas N Wash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to connect customers with unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades—turning first-time visitors into loyal members. Your work will directly fuel growth and keep customers coming back.

You will greet customers, promote memberships, meet sales targets, and assist with light operations, while working outdoors in various weather conditions. Paid training and growth opportunities are provided in a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help customers.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and promote unlimited wash memberships.
• Sell memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist with light operational tasks to support the guest experience.
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
• Learn chemical safety procedures.
• Utilize basic computer systems for transactions.

The Impact You'll Make

As a Car Wash Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and persuasive voice that connects customers to our services. You’ll help drivers discover the value of our unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades — turning first-time visitors into loyal members. Your work will directly fuel our growth and keep our customers coming back.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Learn to direct vehicles safely into car wash tunnel ensuring safe and smooth operations.
• Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including the landscaping.
• Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely.
• Basic computer skills.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus).
• A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Open availability including weekends is required.
• The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
