ModWash in Monroeville, PA is hiring for a Guest Experience role to drive membership sales and deliver a legendary car wash experience. You’ll educate guests on the value of memberships and help them choose the best package to fit their needs.

You will work as part of a team to meet sales goals, ensure guest satisfaction, and keep the location clean and inviting, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.

Guest Experience Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand.You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.

Qualifications: Physical Job Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
• Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
• Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
• Respond quickly to sounds
• Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
• See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
