ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash seek a friendly Sales Associate to greet guests, explain services, and help customers choose the best options. This full-time, day-shift role offers 35–40 hours weekly and a fast-paced team environment focused on high‑quality service.

No car wash experience is required; we value outgoing personalities, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude, with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, confident and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to achieve sales and membership goals.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or cashier roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
• Learn and explain car wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on guest needs.
• Promote and sell car wash memberships by communicating value and benefits.
• Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk to create a welcoming experience.
• Answer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
• Operate and maintain pay station and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
