Job summary

Roberson's Car Wash in Salem, OR is seeking an experienced Assistant Car Wash Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle training, scheduling, quality control, and safety, communicate with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a clean, efficient tunnel and work area. 2+ years in car wash, plus management experience preferred. Full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior car wash management experience is required.
• Must maintain professional appearance and strong customer service.
• Capable of multitasking and leading a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure all employees are trained according to policies.
• Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures.
• Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom.
• Maintain efficient personnel scheduling.
• Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner.
• Hold meetings to conform with company standards.
• Maintain safe environment and work experience.
