Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is looking for a Manager in Training in Thornton, Colorado. The selected individual will oversee car wash operations, train Crew Members, and ensure excellent customer service.

Successful candidates must exhibit leadership skills, be at least 18 years old, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends. Competitive pay starts at $19.00 per hour plus commission, with benefits including health insurance and paid holidays for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week including flexible hours.
• Must pass a contingent background check.

Responsibilities

• Train and support current and incoming Crew Members.
• Complete New Hire paperwork with new Team Members.
• Provide daily verbal reports to the Site Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and cleanliness of vehicles.
• Handle customer complaints and damage claims.
