Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain available wash services; take and process wash payments.
• Coordinate with Site Manager to run daily operations and supervise staff.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits.
• Supervise employees, train new staff, and handle customer issues and conflicts.
• Organize shift schedules and monitor attendance and time off.
