7 Flags Car Wash is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy Vacaville location. You will lead a team, ensure safety and service quality, and drive performance while preparing for advancement into a General Manager role.

In this leadership role, you’ll manage staffing, maintain equipment readiness, and uphold brand standards. Weekend availability and outdoor work are required to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to coach and build team culture.
• Ability to make sound decisions and lead operations independently.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing site operations during shifts.
• Maintain safety, service quality, and performance standards.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and onboarding.
• Enhance customer experience and support membership initiatives.
