ADP, Inc. Vacaville car wash is seeking a Senior Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead a team, and prepare for advancement into a General Manager position.

You’ll be responsible for safety, service quality, team performance, and operational execution. This full-time role focuses on safety, service quality, and exceptional customer experience, with emphasis on coaching, performance, and maintaining brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail or service.
• Strong leadership and communication; coach and build culture.
• Able to make decisions and lead operations independently.
• Comfort outdoors in varying weather and physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Car wash experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems or tunnel operations.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

What You'll Do

Run the Operation

• Serve as Manager on Duty, maintaining full control of site operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure efficiency, safety, and service standards are consistently met
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and elevate maintenance needs
• Execute staffing plans and ensure proper shift coverage

Lead Safety and Compliance

• Own all site-level safety programs and maintain a strong safety culture
• Conduct audits, reinforce safe work practices, and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and support incident reporting

Build and Develop Your Team

• Train and onboard new team members to ensure they're set up for success
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and engagement
• Partner with the General Manager on accountability, culture, and disciplinary actions when needed

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

• Maintain strong lot presence to monitor quality and engage with customers
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure site appearance meets brand standards
• Support membership sales initiatives and reinforce service expectations across the team

Communicate and Align

• Partner closely with the General Manager on priorities and operational needs
• Participate in quarterly corporate manager meetings
• Keep leadership informed on team performance and site conditions

• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience (retail, car wash, or service environment)
• Strong leadership and communication skills - you know how to coach, hold people accountable, and build team culture
• Ability to make sound decisions and lead operations independently
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and performing physical tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedules as needed
