Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support site operations, build a winning team, and grow into the next leader driving our mission forward.

This role reports to the General Manager and requires strong communication skills, hands-on supervision, and the ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment. We value teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement at our growing locations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year car wash experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Moderate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct cars into the wash tunnels.
• Carry out visual inspections of vehicles before wash.
• Perform cleaning of facility and keep organized.
• Monitor inventory and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Handle cash management tasks including daily reconciliations and deposits.
