Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants and ensure quality service.
• Train new staff on washing techniques, customer service, and safety.
• Inspect vehicles before/after wash for quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Keep the facility clean, organized and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly management reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
