Nouria Energy's Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Nashua, NH seeks a hands-on Assistant Manager to support high-volume daily operations, coach the team, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will help manage staffing, ensure safety and cleanliness, and contribute to sales and membership growth in a fast-paced environment. Open availability and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work up to 50 hours per week with additional hours as needed.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site operations including staffing, scheduling, coaching, and feedback.
• Ensure facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational.
