We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Entry-Level Car Wash Office Project Assistant to support daily administrative, scheduling, and operational tasks within our office and project management team. The Car Wash Office Project Assistant plays a key role in helping our office and operations teams coordinate ongoing projects, manage communication, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to the operations and management teams.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital project files, reports, and internal communications.
  • Track and update timelines for ongoing car wash installations, maintenance, or office projects.
  • Schedule virtual meetings, coordinate project updates, and prepare progress summaries.
  • Support office workflow by managing shared calendars, task lists, and internal communications.
  • Help prepare presentations, documentation, and spreadsheets for project tracking.
  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Monitor supply needs, incoming requests, and data entry for ongoing office operations.
  • Provide general virtual office support including email correspondence and administrative follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to streamline communication between departments and project sites.
Qualifications
