Job summary

ModWash in Sicklerville, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Guest Experience Member to drive membership sales and deliver a legendary car wash experience. You will educate guests on memberships, help them choose the best package, and work as part of a team to meet sales goals while ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is required.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
