Job summary

ModWash is hiring for Guest Experience Members to operate at our Clemson, SC locations. You will deliver outstanding service, educate customers on value of memberships, and guide shoppers through package options while working with a team to hit sales targets.

This role includes evenings and weekends, outdoor duties in all weather, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, customer-focused brand. Training provided and paid; base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• A passion for serving others.
• Excellent customer service skills; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Outdoor work in all weather; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service and greet customers.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash for satisfaction.
