Jacksons is seeking a Car Wash Manager in training to lead a team and run day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Training will prepare you to advance into a full management role within our multi-site operation.

Average Jacksons Wash Managers earn $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

• Train and support team at varying levels of development.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring delivery of consistent, quality services in an urgent manner.
• Maintain a clean and inviting property and facility.
• Our Manager in training program will teach you our systems and philosophy; you must bring the drive, positive energy, hustle, and willingness to learn.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in retail service and/or sales.
• Management and strategic staff scheduling experience.
• The ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees and superiors.

• Open Availability (we’re open every day & we need Managers who can work Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays no problem
