Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is seeking a customer service associate to support car wash and express station operations in California. You will welcome customers, answer pricing questions, process transactions, and help keep the site clean and safe.

The role requires English proficiency, the ability to stand for long periods, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts, weekly pay, and benefits such as health options and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient in English to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and various hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer service concerns.
• Take customer orders of Unlimited Memberships and sell them with accuracy and speed.
• Handle credit card transactions through kiosk.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following safety guidelines.
• Support car wash site manager with daily activities and on-site coverage.
