Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions.
• Provides Customer/Merchant service by addressing needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash and gas station area and ensuring pricing signage.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies from distribution centers; maintains facility following procedures and paperwork.
• Operates cash registers and processes customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types.
• Operates Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provides products and services per company policies.
